Brockenhurst House case study features in Build It Magazine

We are delighted to have had our Brockenhurst House project feature in Build It Magazine, with an in-depth interview with the owners discussing their vision for the scheme, the design and build process.

The inspiring article describes in detail how we were able to support them in order to transform this dated 1970’s chalet home. The completed project has delivered a contemporary, low energy, forever home in the heart of the New Forest National Park.

St Philip’s Church, Hampshire

We have submitted a detail planning application for a small entrance extension for the Grade II listed St Phillips Church in Cosham.

This is part of a detailed feasibility study we have undertaken, focusing on reimagining the existing spaces within the church while respecting and preserving the significance of this historically important building. A key area of investigation was the entrance and main nave, with proposals exploring how it could accommodate a flexible, multi-purpose environment supporting both worship and wider community use.

New Forest Contemporary Dwelling

Working in collaboration with the owners, we have delivered a detailed feasibility study for the replacement of an existing bungalow with a contemporary family home in the north of the New Forest National Park.

A replacement dwelling was investigated as the existing bungalow is of poor construction, and sits close to the western site boundary and adjacent road.

Working within the parameters of the existing planning permission, the project explores how a carefully considered replacement dwelling can better respond to the site while meeting the needs of the new owners.
